  • Can I register and pay for multiple people at one time?

    Yes! You are able to register and pay for a group of people at one time under "Group Registration". Once registered, you will be prompted to send the "Express Sign In Link" via email to the attendees so they can make an account and start their training.

  • Can multiple people take the training together at one computer?

    While multiple people could attend together, the certificate (and proof of attendance) is generated ONLY for the attendee that is registered for the training. You'll have to purchase a registration for each person that needs a certificate and each person will need to do the training under their own registration. If you have a unique situation, please contact us at [email protected] and we can work with you on finding a solution.

  • I need to update my name on the certificate. How can I do that?

    It happens! If you registered with a nickname or just need to modify your name on the certificate, you can do so under Account > Edit Profile. Once your name is updated, the 'Certificates' option should allow you to re-download your updated certificate. Or, you can email [email protected] and we can update it for you and resend your certificate.

  • Do you still provide in-person or video conferencing trainings?

    Yes, we do. If you'd prefer to have the training in-person or over a video conferencing platform (like Zoom or Google Meet), we will be happy to do so. Please contact us at [email protected] to get that scheduled.
